    This neck collar works well, provides more than sufficient heat with three settings. It is comfortable, easy to use and the applied heat alleviates my constant neck discomforture whilst I am wearing the collar. The construction is acceptable and my only gripe, is the battery pack that comes with it. The power bank is insufficiently powerful as it loses all it's charge after a few uses. The time taken to recharge the power bank is inordinately long and in order to circumvent this irritating problem one needs to purchase separately, back up power banks, which is what I was compelled to do. This way, you can obtain longer periods of applied heat from the neck collar.

    This works well but here are a few observations:

    The description says it heats on the sides of the neck. in reality the heating element is only on the back of the neck, but, heat does radiate to the sides.

    The usb wire feels flimsy considering you need to plug and unplug the power bank regularly. I don’t know how long it will last.
    Edit: it broke after 2 months - it just stopped working and the light flashed.

    If the ‘pocket’ for the power bank was a bit longer you could fit 10,000mah or bigger power banks for longer use. That’s a simple design oversight.

    It’s good at the moment, I guess time will tell how long it lasts - (not very long it turned out)

    I originally bought this because I usually get a bad neck on holiday after being sat on the plane for 4 hours (jet2’s headrests are set further back for some reason)
    I’ve tried using a memory foam neck pillow but that only helps a little. I end up usually needing heat lotion, a hot water bottle and soaks in the bath for the first few days of my hols to ease it - so I had a nosy on Amazon to see if there was any rechargeable neck/back warmers and I found this!
    Not even tried it for the plane yet and I love it already! I’ve worn it walking around the supermarket, driving the car and it seriously helps. My advice is - if you plan on using it a lot get at least one other slim powerbank because one charge will work about 3/4 times (if you keep it on for the 45min period). I was a bit worried that the hottest temp might not be hot enough (my car seat in my Mini Countryman gets nowhere near hot enough as I’d like) but it gets plenty hot enough!
