  • Same Length, the height is decided by the Lines, Font, Number of Letters, and Backing Shape used, if you do have a specific height requirement of it please let us know.

  • Yes, you can do both. Leave message while placing the order and specify the fonts and/or colors that you would like to use in your sign and we’ll provide a mock-up for you.

  • Yes! You absolutely can! We would love to work on your brand and bring it to life in a LED neon sign. Using Amazon message bar - if you have files and images ready to go then attach those through so we can get started straight away.

  • We know you're excited. It usually takes about 2-3 days for production. Once your order has shipped you can expect it to take between 7-10 days to arrive to your address.

  • We hope this doesn’t happen to you, but if it does (our apologies in advance) report to us right away and we will get it taken care of for you!
