Doesn’t come as shown in images, it came in a cheap plastic clear box that isn’t a storage. There was no white carry case as lockbox as shown in images! Which is needed to protect the items. Instead of having the option to send out a carry case I have to return the whole item for review of a refund which is more effort.

    I went with a Dr. Pen as I wanted a reliable and safe tool if I was going to be using it on my skin. So far it works as expected and is simple to use.

    I can't comment on the authenticity despite there being a code to check online, it's hard to know if the website it navigates you to is authentic.

    Overall it's been working well and can recommend if you don't want to take the risk with one of the cheaper alternatives on Amazon. Although it does look they are all manufactured in similar factories.

    I decided to give this a go to replace a manual derma roller I was using for thinning hair. The first time I used it, it was about what I expected, less than pleasant but faster and easier than a roller and didn't have to worry about unconsciously easing up the pressure.

    However the second time I used it, it is completely worthless. Fully charged, with a fresh needle cartridge and it works nothing like a derma pen, it felt like holding a vibrating phone to my head. I tried both 12 and 36 pin cartridges, set the length to the maximum 2.5, cycled through the levels and other than vibration it did nothing, a cluster of needles jack-hammering up and down and being pressed against your head/face you'd think it impossible not to feel something, but I am now opening a return case because it appears I have received either a dud pen or multiple replacement needle cartridges all of which are completely blunt

    As per the description of this listing, it's recommended that you lift it up each time and place it back down on the affected area. I don't really see how that makes it any different to a derma stamp like product aside from the motor that does the 'stamping' for you. If it's not designed to be moved along the skin as I thought then this may not be as time saving or as effective as I first thought.

    Having bought it for hair loss, I've also realised faster speeds isn't always better as it just feels the needles are constantly dragging across the skin, they need to make one slow enough to it feels like it's actually penetrating effectively and not scraping the skin as this one feels it's doing when in use on the slowest setting.

    You do need to know what you are doing and take things slowly. Have noticed some mild improvement to a few scar lines that have happened over the years, but it does seem to be a slow process. Only thing I can say is read the instructions first before attempting this and start off on small patches of skin.

    As for the device itself, it feels solid and well made. A good deal for the quality.

    Ma oltre ai prodotti cosmetici, devo ammettere che amo anche utilizzare qualche dispositivo in grado di migliorare l'aspetto della pelle, seppur consapevole che non sarà mai al pari di un trattamento professionale.
    Quindi conosco molto bene il dermaroller, quel rullo dotato di microaghi che si fa scorrere sulla pelle del viso (o anche del corpo) per effettuare il trattamento di microoneedling in autonomia.
    Ma sinceramente non l'ho mai trovato così tanto pratico e confortevole durante l'uso, quindi ho deciso in queste ultime settimane di provare la sua alternativa e cioè una penna dotata di cartucce con microaghi, che in questo caso si chiama "M8S" ed é un modello della famosa marca DR PEN.

    Nella scatola che arriva é incluso tutto:

    - una box/custodia rigida bianca
    - la DR.PEN modello M8S
    - 3 cartucce con 12 aghi
    - 3 cartucce con 32 aghi
    - un caricatore da muro con ingresso USB
    - un cavetto USB
    - un piccolo libricino/manuale in italiano

    Questa penna come già detto, serve per effettuare da soli e in casa il trattamento di microoneedling.

    Il micro-needling per chi ancora non lo sapesse, è un trattamento cosmetico non chirurgico utilizzata in genere da professionisti per migliorare l'aspetto della pelle attraverso l'utilizzo di un dispositivo chiamato dermaroller o come in questo caso, con una penna dotata di microaghi molto sottili.
    Questi aghi penetrano delicatamente la pelle, creando piccole perforazioni superficiali nella zona trattata.
    Lo scopo principale del micro-needling è stimolare il processo di guarigione naturale della pelle e favorire la produzione di collagene ed elastina, due sostanze fondamentali per mantenere la pelle giovane, sana e tesa.
    Quindi questo trattamento può essere effettuato per migliorare diversi problemi come rughe, linee sottili, iperpigmemtazione, acne, pori dilatati, cicatrici ma anche sul corpo un caso di smagliature.

    Tornando a queste penna per microoneedling, volevo dire che é molto semplice da utilizzare anche se ci si approccia per la prima voglia perché in un certo senso é personalizzabile il trattamento.
    Basta solamente scegliere quale cartuccia con aghi utilizzare (da 12 o 36 microaghi), che sono conservare singolarmente in confezione sterile e poi va inserita in modo corretto nella punta della penna.
    E poi bisogna decidere in base alla propria esigenza, quale lunghezza degli aghi utilizzare (da 0 a 2,5 mm), che si può regolare ruotando una ghiera numerata nei pressi della punta della penna stessa e la velocità desiderata da 1 a 6, selezionabile attraverso il piccolo display retroilluminato incorporato.
    La lunghezza degli aghi e la velocità di micro perforazione della pelle, dipendono dalle zone del viso o del corpo da trattare e dalla soglia di sopportazione del fastidio del trattamento.
    Infine non meno importante, é il fatto che questa penna al suo interno ha una batteria ricaricabile che permette di poter effettuare il trattamento in comodità e in qualsiasi posto si desideri.

    Per concludere, voglio dire che io fin ora ho utilizzando solo una volta questa dermapem sul viso da quando l'ho ricevuta perché giustamente bisogna anche rispettare i tempi e tra un trattamento e un altro.
    É giusto anche dire che se scegliete di utilizzarla anche voi, ci sono zone del viso dove fa più male come per esempio la fronte e zone dove il fastidio degli aghi é più sopportabile come per esempio sulle guance.
    Meglio se ogni trattamento viene accompagnato dall'applicazione di un ottimo siero all'acido ialuronico oppure un ottimo siero alla vitamina C, in modo che penetri a fondo nella pelle e si ottengono migliori benefici sui diversi problemi della pelle e sull'ottenere un pelle più bella e piú liscia.
    I risultati in termini di migliore aspetto della pelle di ottengono e durano anche per diverso tempo ma dovete mettere in conto che per alcuni giorni dal momento del trattamento, la pelle sarà arrossata e bisogna evitare di sudare, di esporsi al sole e di utilizzare alcuni prodotti come per esempio il make-up.
    Infine bisogna ricordarsi, che le cartucce sono monouso quindi dopo aver effettuato un trattamento di microoneedling, vanno gettate e non riutilizzate per non rischiare di avere infezioni.

    Questi aghi penetrano delicatamente la pelle, creando piccole perforazioni superficiali nella zona trattata.
    Lo scopo principale del micro-needling è stimolare il processo di guarigione naturale della pelle e favorire la produzione di collagene ed elastina, due sostanze fondamentali per mantenere la pelle giovane, sana e tesa.
    Quindi questo trattamento può essere effettuato per migliorare diversi problemi come rughe, linee sottili, iperpigmemtazione, acne, pori dilatati, cicatrici ma anche sul corpo un caso di smagliature.

    Tornando a queste penna per microoneedling, volevo dire che é molto semplice da utilizzare anche se ci si approccia per la prima voglia perché in un certo senso é personalizzabile il trattamento.
    Basta solamente scegliere quale cartuccia con aghi utilizzare (da 12 o 36 microaghi), che sono conservare singolarmente in confezione sterile e poi va inserita in modo corretto nella punta della penna.
    E poi bisogna decidere in base alla propria esigenza, quale lunghezza degli aghi utilizzare (da 0 a 2,5 mm), che si può regolare ruotando una ghiera numerata nei pressi della punta della penna stessa e la velocità desiderata da 1 a 6, selezionabile attraverso il piccolo display retroilluminato incorporato.
    La lunghezza degli aghi e la velocità di micro perforazione della pelle, dipendono dalle zone del viso o del corpo da trattare e dalla soglia di sopportazione del fastidio del trattamento.
    Infine non meno importante, é il fatto che questa penna al suo interno ha una batteria ricaricabile che permette di poter effettuare il trattamento in comodità e in qualsiasi posto si desideri.

    Per concludere, voglio dire che io fin ora ho utilizzando solo una volta questa dermapem sul viso da quando l'ho ricevuta perché giustamente bisogna anche rispettare i tempi e tra un trattamento e un altro.
    É giusto anche dire che se scegliete di utilizzarla anche voi, ci sono zone del viso dove fa più male come per esempio la fronte e zone dove il fastidio degli aghi é più sopportabile come per esempio sulle guance.
    Meglio se ogni trattamento viene accompagnato dall'applicazione di un ottimo siero all'acido ialuronico oppure un ottimo siero alla vitamina C, in modo che penetri a fondo nella pelle e si ottengono migliori benefici sui diversi problemi della pelle e sull'ottenere un pelle più bella e piú liscia.
    I risultati in termini di migliore aspetto della pelle di ottengono e durano anche per diverso tempo ma dovete mettere in conto che per alcuni giorni dal momento del trattamento, la pelle sarà arrossata e bisogna evitare di sudare, di esporsi al sole e di utilizzare alcuni prodotti come per esempio il make-up.
    Infine bisogna ricordarsi, che le cartucce sono monouso quindi dopo aver effettuato un trattamento di microoneedling, vanno gettate e non riutilizzate per non rischiare di avere infezioni.
